Andrew McGrath is a qualified lawyer who practised in Sydney before moving to a successful career in business development and marketing. He has held business development leadership roles at several leading law firms in the Asia Pacific region for over twenty years, including Asia Director of Business Development at Clifford Chance (8 years), Senior Manager of Practice Development Strategy at Paul Weiss (4 years) and Key Client Manager at Minter Ellison (6 years). He also worked as a National Director of Marketing at JLL.

A permanent resident of Hong Kong, Andrew established Green Light Consulting in 2011 and has successfully placed a broad range of candidates in law firms in Asia. He utilises his extensive network to provide carefully tailored solutions that best fit each individual client’s needs.
